This Privacy Policy describes how Gus IT LLC ("HelpDisability," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through the HelpDisability waitlist and, after launch, the HelpDisability service.

Waitlist information

We collect your email address and your explicit consent when you join our waitlist. We use this solely to notify you about the HelpDisability launch and related product updates. We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

What HelpDisability is and is not

HelpDisability is a document organizer, not a law firm and not a substitute for legal advice or representation. We do not provide legal advice, and our service does not create an attorney-client relationship. HelpDisability is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the U.S. Social Security Administration or any government agency.

Health-related information

After launch, the HelpDisability service may store documents related to SSDI and SSI claims, which may include health-related information. We will implement appropriate security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication. We will not share health-related document content with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

Your rights

• You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@helpdisability.com.
• You may unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send.
• We will honor deletion requests within 30 days, including notifying any subprocessors who may hold your data.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs on this site.
